I don't like how he throws pokemon go in the set and then acts surprised when people get mad. They should not be in a $60 mystery bag when they're worth less than $2 a pack.

Rev is the real King Pokemon. He can do what he wants. He doesn't have 2.5 milli subs because he does things wrong. The fact he had to break down a 3 dollar increase is crazzyyy. He literally showcases shitty mystery packs by buying dodgy packs from random sellers on every platform. People have short memories and soft brains. I wish he cared less tbh, but he's a standup dude. People will go to Vegas and be cool with losing their mortgage, but have torches and pitchforks for 3 bucks. In-sanity.

Not saying it’s a scam and I like Rev.. but opening a case and randomly picking 10 or 15 or whatever, and getting a rainbow and throw back and best shit is just a little odd, or a ton of luck..should have just said this is what they look like.. cause what kind of content or promotion would that be to open 15 green and two red .. that would be terrible..that’s all I think, but idc either way I don’t buy mystery packs anyway..

I think the main criticism of when people see him open up his own packs is, (and we don't really know how big each batch is), when he then pulls any good tier, he takes that out of the running for the people that buy them. It's one less God pack someone else will get. The price thing, I really don't get how people don't understand that when pokemon product new or old revolves around the same concept lol.

I stopped following anyone that sells mystery packs, not because i think they are scammy but it creates a gambling culture. Danny phantump is the only on i the didnt unsubscribe to because his mystery packs get you value even at the lowest tier. Nothing against these creators its just a moral choice. As i told vault, i wish only the best success to everyone whos honest and upfront but just cant support it. Glad that you are willing to offend a friend for the community.

It's still very expensive for these mystery packs. Some people win more in value, a lot lose. This game of chance seems illegal because you can technically get a lot less 'value' than what you pay. Seems risky to do it as a high level content creator.

I’ll never buy mystery boxes, and I don’t generally donate to streamers like on twitch… But I do occasionally try to support UA-camrs I like. I’ve bought a handful of packs from nostalgianomics because I watch ALOT of his vids and just felt like throwing him a few bucks one night. 🤷‍♂️ did I lose money? Yes. Do I lose money opening my own packs? Yes? Was he outrageously priced? No, I prolly paid like 10-15% over msrp. He’s gotta make a profit , these people aren’t doing this for free lol.

If booster packs had feelings, they'll feel scammed for having the wrong human opening them.

Phanny said his packs were passion project and he was hella loosing money on them. But yea his mystery packs were so good.

The honest truth is that if you not a high stakes risk taker…DONT BUY THESE PACKS, on average you will lose out big time. On the the low end you will pay to 70-78 dollars which includes shipping and sales tax for the U.S. If you want to support a. Creator, buy something that’s offered for better value. The same people saying it’s a scam are the same people who will spend loads of money on digital loot boxes and skins 😭😭
